Merger of Livingstones and SHR to create National Consultancy

MERGER OF LIVINGSTONES AND SHR TO CREATE NATIONAL CONSULTANCY

Human resource consultancies Livingstones and SHR have signed a heads of agreement to merge their businesses and create a broad based multi-faceted national consultancy that will better serve their combined client bases. 

The merger follows extensive due diligence and after Livingstones and SHR have worked together on many projects which highlighted the professional and cultural synergies both companies share. 

The new company will commence operating on 31 December 2018. The company’s Chair and Chief Executive Officer will be Alex Aspromourgos (Livingstones current Managing Director) and Steve Rayner ( SHR’s current Chief Executive Officer) respectively.

Our new national footprint will significantly strengthen our capabilities allowing us to increase our value proposition by providing more comprehensive people solutions.
