Superannuation Guarantee Amnesty

On 24 May 2018 the Federal Government announced a 12 month Superannuation Guarantee (SG) amnesty for employers. Under the amnesty, employers will have an opportunity to rectify any past mistakes or failure to pay superannuation guarantee contributions, without the usual penalties.
